This could be a real boon for diabetics. I know from experience how frustrating and painful having to do the “poke your finger” tests can be, and if I could just wear a pair of contact lenses, that would be phenomenal. I suspect it would help LOT of diabetics be more aware of their blood sugar levels, since the aggravation of the finger–stick tests can make it easy to procrastinate or skip taking the measurements.
